Peggy has been providing consulting services to the WMGA and its members in the evaluation and/or implementation of benefit plan options in following areas:

·         Voluntary (Employee Paid) Supplemental Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance

·         Individual Long Term Disability payable in addition to Group LTD Insurance

·         Long Term Care (LTC) products provided by LTC Solutions, specialists offering unique LTC products to members only

·         Flexible Benefit Plan Administrators

·         Health Savings Account Bank Administrators

·         Employee Benefits Satisfaction Surveys to obtain employee and physicians opinions and preferences with regard to all benefits

·         Drafting of U.S. Department of Labor/IRS  Form 5500 for your ERISA-plans, including medical and dental plans, if requested

·         WMGA membership Employee Benefits Survey, when requested by the WMGA

·         Self-funding versus Fully Insured arrangements for health care benefits

Each clinic may customize its benefit program.  The WMGA selected UNUM to underwrite members’ Group Life, AD&D and LTD plans since February 2006.
